Lani Schonberg loves to paint “Plein Air”, also known as painting outdoors, near her home in the Great Pacific Northwest, and from her travels around the globe. As a second generation artist, she is the happiest when expressing stories of her life through art. Growing up she learned to paint by watching her mother paint outdoors along the shorelines and salmon streams of Kodiak, Alaska. A lifetime of workshops, art classes, and gallery visits around the world have fueled her art passion. Lani’s art expresses the views of the world we live in and how she perceives them.
